Phavur is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Success Specialist to join our vibrant team. This role is key to managing client relationships, ensuring the success of our marketing initiatives, and collaborating effectively with internal teams.


Key Responsibilities:


Daily Social Media Management:

Respond to DMs and comments on client social media pages (IG, FB, TT).

Post daily stories and reels with creative captions according to the schedule.

Oversee and manage client social media presence, ensuring timely and engaging content.


Client Communication:

Address client inquiries promptly via Slack and host weekly or bi-weekly meetings.

Document meeting notes and communicate client requests to the team.

Keep clients updated on food blogger visits, promotions, and service updates.


Project Management:

Utilize tools like ClickUp, Google Calendar, and Slack to track and manage projects.

Coordinate with the design team to ensure timely delivery of graphics, posts, and emails.


Collaboration:

Work closely with other Client Success Specialists to ensure consistent service across clients.

Liaise with team members on ad timelines, content schedules, and promotional campaigns.

Collaborate with the design team to create and deliver required content.


Reporting and Analysis:

Generate and present weekly social media reports, analyzing data from IG, FB, and TT.

Assist in creating quarterly documents with social media insights and campaign ideas.


Client Relationship Management:

Develop a strong understanding of each client’s brand, industry, and audience.

Provide strategic advice to help clients achieve their marketing goals.

Ensure clear and timely communication, managing client expectations effectively.
