About the Role
Phavur is a creative transformation company that inspires, and develops. and consults businesses. We currently also provide a creative outlook on filming projects. We seek a creative Content Creator to produce short-form videos (TikTok & Instagram) that boost brand visibility and engagement. Responsibilities:
Develop and edit TikTok & Instagram Reels aligned with brand goals
Track trends, propose new content ideas, and adjust strategy as platforms evolve
Collaborate with team members on themes, messaging, and campaign direction
Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements
Qualifications:
1+ year experience creating TikTok/Instagram content
Skilled in video editing apps/tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush)
Strong understanding of social media trends and platform features
Excellent communication and organizational skills
